I am very impressed with this bike shop! My son is wanting to get into the BMX scene and we have been researching bikes online for several weeks and with Albes great deals we ended up continually going back to their site. After a recommendation from a friend we decided on a 21” stolen bike and drive to the store to pick it up to save a little on shipping costs. And once there the awesome sales guy questioned the size of my son and explained that this bike was too big for him and he gave us a very thorough understanding of what type of bike he should be riding. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to find us the perfect bike and even got us a better quality bike for pretty much the same price. They truly care about providing a positive riding experience and customer service is second to none! We will definitely be back and would recommend these guys to anyone! Thanks Albes!!
Dans Comp it is next time! Bought several items for my son totaling 110.00, paid for 1 to 5 day shipping on 11/12. We get a email on the 13th saying they didn't have what we paid for in stock and we could wait till the end of the month or cancel order etc... Called that day and they changed out the parts to a different color. Five business days from the 13th would have been 11/20....two days ago. Called today 11/22 and got a guy on the phone who proceeded to apologize and make excuse for the delay being what time of year it is and that the parts had to come from two different warehouses. He proceeded to get pissed when I asked how my son would be compensated for the delay, he said I was being aggressive when I told him what poor customer service this is and the least they could have done was let us know about the delay, I told him no, not aggressive just honest which you don't seem to like. Asked his name, refused to give it. Bottom line is I paid for a product to be delivered within a certain time frame, and now am being told it won't be here until 11/25, 10 business days from the original order date. Crappy customer service and attitude, never even tried to refund shipping or anything. First and last time ordering, feel completely ripped off.
Best BMX shop I've ever been too well worth the 30 minute drive but not when you go to buy a 300 dollar bike that the first day of just riding no tricks or anything just getting the feel the front tire starts to click so we go the next day and they tighten the bearings go home the same day it clicks even more and louder so my mom takes it up there after work and they give me a brand new front rim and tire and everything SAME DAY starts to click AGAIN and this is a gt bike don't k ow if it's the rim bearing or what it is but a 30 minute drive there and back is too much to ask a mom when your 15 and saved up for a month to get a brand new bike that sounds like you wheel is gonna just fall off
Great service. Great communication. Order my custom front wheel and received it in 5 days. Just now order the custom rear wheel. Can't wait to see it.i will be ordering again.
