Cute place! From the outside it looks like an old time theatre so don't walk past
And don't miss the mechanical mannequin in the front of the cafe that "greets" you by following you with her eyes while you move in front of her. Yikes!
Service was friendly and the iced chai tea good. Hubs said it was the best decaf he's ever had!
Cute place for conversation if you don't mind the "retail" feel or people checking out your seat, table, place setting for purchase.
Tasty fresh avocado toast and scones. Served on pleasant decorative salvaged china. Each dish different.

The food was ok. The ambiance is what makes it great.
Ordered the grilled cheese with tomato basil soup and the turkey apple brie sandwich. Both sandwiches were quite good and the soup was perfect. The service was great - someone came to check on us a couple times and when we mentioned dessert they brought a dessert tray out for us to make our choice! I had the carrot cake and it was delicious. Love the eclectic nature of the cafe and store. The patio was comfortable, especially since it's on the side of the building, helping reduce traffic noise from 14 Mile. My only disappointments were that the drink selection was small if you don't want coffee, tea or wine. And the price did seem a little high but not so high that I would not return. Great place and happy to have you here in Clawson!
After ordering you go sit down and it looks like a furniture store but we were told to sit anywhere. We decided to sit at the window where it didn't feel like a retail store. However, the stools we were sitting on are for sale and we had a couple of people come over to look at them... Not something I particularly liked but that's how it is here I guess.
Interesting place. Good menu.
Friendly servers. Treated us like valued guests even though we were in old t-shirts and jeans and looking scruffy.
Music from the 40's. Also freak show banners from the 40's. So at least the decade was consistent if not the tone.
I'm unsure of any Wi-Fi or if they have it how good it is.
